Constantin Peer founded his own consulting company 16 years ago in Zug, Switzerland. He is an international consultant for organizational behavior and change management and works with multinational corporations such as Siemens, UBS, Swiss Re, Syngenta, Alstom and SR Technics. He also lectures at several universities and teaches Executive MBA Programs. He has been a trainer and keynote speaker at conferences in Europe and the US and has published more than 20 articles on topics including corporate culture, change management and leadership.
